Symptoms

On a change form when you select copy change, fill mandatory fields and save, you are redirected to an unknown page CopyChangeRelatedLists, resulting in a blank page.

Cause

UI Action 'copy change' is customized.

Resolution

Revert back the UI Action 'copy change' to Out-Of-Box UI Action.
