When typing into a reference field, a list of options is made available to choose from.  Pressing the arrow keys to select an option does not seem to be working.


  1. In Navigation bar type incident.do
  2. On the caller reference field type a letter in a users name to bring up the drop down list.
  3. Use the down arrow key to select the correct name

Pressing the down arrow does not move the highlighted box down the list

Issue seems to be related due to a plugin that was installed in the Chrome Browser.  Some extensions like LastPass try to auto fill fields which can cause this issue.


To confirm this is a browser extension issue, open an incognito session and test the same steps.  Make sure that the extension or extensions are not enabled in incognito mode if the issue still is reproducible.

If this is the case, you will need to check the specific extension and turn off auto fill for specific cases where this is and issue.
