Description

In ATF, When we try to open non-form Service portal page it ends up with error "FAILURE: g_form is not defined. A valid form must have g_form defined"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new ATF Test as follows:
    • Open a Form (SP) -> Portal - HI Service Portal, Page - form, Table - incident, sys_id - {sys id of incident)
    • Set Field Values (SP) -> Table - Incident, Field values - Additional comments - {test comment}
    • Submit a Form (SP)
  2. Run the test.
  3. The test fails with error "FAILURE: g_form is not defined. A valid form must have g_form defined

Workaround

This problem has been identified as a future possible product enhancement, which could be available from NewYork. You can subscribe to this Known Error article by clicking the Subscribe button at the top right of this form to be notified when more information will become available.

Till then, Please do not use the custom page in the ATF. Use the OOB form as in the below screenshot.ATF
