Issue
This link will ping your ServiceNow Instance and measure your bandwidth.
Resolution
Replace <instance-name> with the name of your instance.
URL: http://<instance-name>.service-now.com/connection_test.do
The page will pull up identifying itself and it will state "To start the connection test, press this button"
Once the test completes you will see output similar to this:
Average time: 564ms (per 170k)
Estimated connection: T1/Cable (average download was 297K/s)
This is the output speed from your network, if the Average time is much higher than expected and the Estimated connection is marked as slow, then check with your local Network Team to eliminate any local network issues.
