Cause
A filter of relationships prevents the relationships to be shown in the map.
Resolution
- By default, the module "CI relations filter" filtered out the relationship.
- /cmdb_rel_filter_list.do?sysparm_query=parentLIKEnetgear%5EORparentLIKEhardware
- Check the CI relationship in table "cmdb_rel_ci".
- Disable the records in "cmdb_rel_filter" based on the relationship of the CI in table "cmdb_rel_ci" that want to see.
