Request form freezes and does not complete after selecting order now in the Service Portal for users with snc_external role.

Environment

Service Catalog in Service Portal

Cause

The widget sc-checkout was not available for snc_external role.

Resolution

Adding snc_external role to the widget will resolve the issue
