It is not possible to delete records in Agent Workspace if their mandatory fields are not populated.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Activate the plugins Agent Workspace and ITSM Workspace.
2. Navigate to Self Service > Catalog Service > Can We Help you.
3. Click on 'Create Incident'.
4. Fill all the required fields.
5. Click on 'Submit'.
6. Navigate to Agent Workspace > Agent Workspace Home.
7. Click on List > Incident > Open.
8. Select the record created in steps 3-4-5.
9. Click on More Action > Delete.
Observe the record does not get deleted and the following alert shows:
The following mandatory fields are not filled in: Caller.
