Issue
In the Now Mobile app, you get the following error message:
"The instance you are trying to connect to does not support this mobile app"

Madrid and pre-Madrid
Cause
Connecting to a Madrid (and prior) instance with the Now Mobile app.
Resolution
The "Now Mobile" app is only compatible with New York instances.
You can use the "ServiceNow Agent" app to connect to Madrid instances.
