In portal, build a filter condition with any date field. When the system local timezone is different from the instance timezone(Ex Local timezone is IST and Instance timezone is US pacific), observe that the date selected in calendar view is previous date of the date filled (If 18 is selected in date picker, the date displayed will be 17)
Steps to Reproduce
<Pre-requisite>To reproduce, Your computer's timezone needs to be different than the ServiceNow instance timezone.
- Navigate to Service Portal
- Open any list of records eg: https://instancename.service-now.com/sp?spa=1&table=incident&id=list
- Ctrl+ Right Click on the list to enable filter from Instance options, if not already enabled
- Try to filter on "Created" filter by selecting a date from date picker
Issue: Previous date is selected in the filter. eg: Select 18 and you will see in the filter it is 17
