Description

Number and additional text on the header of new records when using a View Rule displays different behavior in Madrid than in previous releases.

Pre-Madrid, a new record header might display:
Incident - INC0010100

Post-Madrid, the new record header would display:
Incident
New record
- INC0010100

Known Affected Versions:
Madrid Patch 3

Steps to Reproduce

In Madrid Patch 3:

1. Create a view rule on the Incident table that does not contain a value in the View field (this would just mean default view)
2. Incident -> Create New

Actual Behavior:
Incident
New record
- INC0010100

Expected Behavior:
Incident - INC0010100
