Unable to see requests with "My Requests" widget in Service Portal

Cause

Missing entries in application module "My Request Filter" under Catalog Administration.

The "My Requests" widget (with ID my-requests-v2) functions based on the filter conditions and display settings configured in "My Request Filter" application module. 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to application module "My Request Filter" under Catalog Administration on a working instance
  2. Right click All -> Open new window
  3. Right click the context menu -> Export -> XML
  4. Import the XML file to the instance in question
