The Service portal page breaks on resizing the browser window and there will be misaligned of the widgets.

Cause

When the size for the bootstrap small, medium or large in a column of one of the containers of the Service portal page has not selected value, the columns don't know where to align on the screen on resizing the browser window. Hence, the columns of the page align randomly.

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue define the value for size-sm, size-md, and size-lg in the sp_column page.

i) Open the portal page when there is the issue

ii) Open each column and check the values for size-sm, size-md, and size-lg. If no value is selected, select a value.
