Unable to find documentation for Knowledge APIs used for Knowledge service portal.

Resolution


The product team has confirmed the APIs relating to Knowledge search/ fetching data/facets for service portal is intentionally meant for internal use only. Documentation is not available for these as they require a deep understanding of internal code and could potentially cause issues if implemented incorrectly. Due to this, our team does not plan on releasing documentation for the APIs.
