In the node logs we are seeing the error:

The scripted REST resource 'oncallgroups' record is calling function 'onCallGroups' from script include 'OnCallRotationSNC', which in turn is calling script include 'OnCallSecurityNG'.

The changes made to script include 'OnCallSecurityNG' will need to be reviewed. Reverting this script include to base line code will resolve the behavior.
