On a field which has a few choices present and has been made searchable by is_searchable_choice=true attribute and also has a preselected value, if any UI policy is applied to make it read-only, then the value that was selected was not displayed on the field.
Steps to Reproduce
[pre-requisite] Have a problem record handy, where there is value for Impact field, say, set as 3-Low
1. On problem record, there is a field as Impact, which is of type Integer and has few choices present.
2. Now open the dictionary entry of the field and add the below attribute:

3. Create a UI policy to make the Impact field read only.
4. Open the problem record, you will notice that the field is shown as empty. The choices are read-only, so the user cannot select it. But the actual value on the field is not displayed
