Description

How to differentiate Connect Chat comments in Journal Entries table?

Procedure

To differentiate Connect Chat comments in the Journal Entries table:

  1. Go to sys_journal_field table
  2. Click on the "Personalize List" cog wheel and bring out the "Name" field

All records where the "Name" field is chat_queue_entry will be all comments during the Connect Chat session.  Any other values you see in the "Name" column will be the corresponding comments you will see in the record for that particular table after the chat agent created a task record from the Connect Chat action.
