Issue Description:
Not all related list associated with projects are translating when the language is changed to French or German. Some related list names are still in English.

Steps to Reproduce

Have any language plugin installed first e.g. french, german

1. hop to any OOB instance with version Kingston or London 
2. open any pm_project record ( language should be english)
3. check the related list. it should all be in english
4. now change the instance language to french 
5. check the related list names. some of them still show in english
6. clear the cache
7. now the related list names are translated to french 
8. switch the language back to english
9. some related list still show name in french 
10. clear the cache.
11. now the related list names show in english again

Expected behavior
related list names should automatically change based on the language selected.

Actual behavior
not all related list get translated to french. some are still in english
the cache needs to be cleared
load the form again, and this time they are changed to french.

As a workaround, clear the cache every time language is changed and load the form again
