Description

Different behaviors while accessing Knowledge Articles urls using iOS and Android. (Either clicking a URL or scanning QR code)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the instance in the Classic Mobile App
  2. Grab a link to a KB article from the same instance that you are logged in to.
  3. Open the Knowledge Article URL link from the mobile device.
  4. You will notice that when clicking the link on iOS it directs you to the mobile app and opens the KB Article, however, on Android when you click the link it just takes you to the app homepage and not the actual KB article.

    *This behavior also occurs if you scan a QR code generated for the KB Article URL.

Workaround
