Issue

Symptoms

When a user views a RITM record, the Requested for variable in Variable Editor is set to the user viewing the record.

Release

Any supported release

 

Cause

Custom onLoad catalog client script which checks for sc_cart_item table with the user as person viewing the record and catalog item for which the request is created. 

Resolution

Remove the sc_cart_item record for the user.
