If you create an application with an ampersand (&) in the name such as "HR & Training", and then create a dashboard within this application scope, when trying to access the dashboard, this will throw errors like:

"The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference"
"The reference to entity 'c' must end with the ';' delimiter"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application with name containing "&" such as 'HR & Training" (System Applications > My Company Applications).

2. Make sure you are in the application scope created in step 1.

3. Go to /$ (Performance Analytics > Dashboards).

4. Create a new dashboard and click on the Update UI Action. Notice the errors and the dashboard not being displayed.

This problem has been fixed. There is no workaround rather than removing the '&' from the affected sys_app record name. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
