When attaching a video using the URL option, the video will attach however will not load.

Steps to Reproduce

Reproducible in Kingston and above, and within all browsers:
1) Open an existing or create a new KB article.
2) On the tinyMCE editor, select Insert/Modify video
3) Select the follwing:
- Type: URL
- Video: (for example)
4) Click Ok.
Notice that the video attaches to the article however gives a black preview.
When viewing the KB article within Chrome, the video bakcground is black and cannot be played.
When viewing the KB in Firefox, the frame is replaced with an error: "No video with supported format and MIME type found".

5) Reproduce the above steps 1-4 in the latest Jakarta Instance.
Notice the video can be previewed in all browsers and plays as expected.
