Description

Madrid - Reference fields icon not showing sys_popup view except for default view

Steps to Reproduce

1- Login to Madrid instance
2-Go to the incident_list record
3-Configure the sys_popup view for sys_user
4-Go to any existing incident(Default View) and click the Assigned To reference icon, the sys_popup view of sys_user view is shown
5- change the incident to Major Incidents View and click the Assigned To reference icon, the sys_popup view does not show, it shows the default view of sys_user

Actual Behavaiour : The sys_popup view is showing only for default view of the form
Expected Behaviour: The sys_popup view should be shown

Attached the screenshot for default view and Major Incident View

Note: Tested on London Instance, if sys_popup view is configured it is shown for all the views of the form
