Unable to install apps in instance. These apps are the one requested to be installed from ServiceNow app Store
1.When you go to below URL (login with HI credentials) and request an app that you may want to install. These apps could be either a free app or paid app or trial version. https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home
2.Once app is requested you will receive instructions via email accordingly and the email would point to this link. An example email below
3.The instructions on the page from the link provided in #2 is as follows
ServiceNow Store App Detail Page After you have purchased an app or requested a trial, you can install it directly on your selected ServiceNow instances. Note: Trial apps can only be installed on non-production instances. Purchased apps can be installed on any instance. To install the application on pre Madrid instances: 1. Log in to the ServiceNow instance on which app is entitled to install. 2. Navigate to System Applications > Applications 3. For Kingston release or before, click the Downloads tab. For London release, click the Not Installed tab. 4. Locate the app and click Install. Your app is automatically installed onto your instance. To install the application from Madrid onwards: 1. Log in to the ServiceNow instance on which you want to install the app. 2. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All. 3. Search for the app you want to install. 4. Click on Install. Your app is automatically installed onto your instance.
Even after requesting the app as described in the above process, if you do not see your app in your instance please check with app vendor. You will find the contact information for any app seller in the corresponding page where you are requesting the app.
