'Edit default filter' does not work when you have a filter applied on Related List.

Steps to Reproduce

- Open sys_user.list
- Open any user record
- Scroll down to "Related List" and click on "Roles" tab
- Right click on the list header and select "Configure >> List Control"
- On the List Control form if you do not see "Edit default filter" field then configure form layout to add the same
- Add the filter condition - Created on Today and Save

- Do a
- Open the user record again
- Scroll down to "Related List" and click on "Roles" tab
- Add a filter 'inherited is true'
- click on Edit..

Actual behavior: You see that the filter added under 'Edit default filter' is not applied on slushbucket
Expected behavior: slushbucket should load with filter 'created on Today'

-Now remove the filter 'inherited is true' on related list
-Click on Edit
- You will see that the slushbucket loads with filter 'created on Today'
