How to create incidents or cases in the new Mobile app? Is this possible?
In Madrid, there is no an OOB application to create incidents/cases. This functionality will be added in New York.
In Madrid, you can use an URL screen that navigates to the incident form (/incident.do) which will load the Classic Mobile UI.
Or, you can build a Service Portal page to create incidents and call it using an URL screen.
