Issue
Symptoms
When attempting to create a reminder I receive the message below and my reminder is never created
"You asked to be notified before the task follow_up, but that field is currently empty
Invalid Insert"

Cause
The associated task within the reminder must have the follow_up field populated. if this is empty you will receive this error message
i.e
If you are creating a reminder for requested item REQ0001001 the REQ0001001 will need to have the "follow up" [follow_up] field populated with a valid date
Resolution
On the associated task where you wish to create the reminder, populate the follow up [follow_up] field with a valid date value and save the record. When you create the reminder for this record you will not encounter this issue
Additional Information
The business rule "reminder_validator" is responsible for canceling the transaction when the associated task does not have the "follow up" [follow_up] field populated
