Service Catalog Search Function is not working. When entering a keyword in the search box, for example "access" suggestions appear but no articles can be found.
One of the cause if that the UI Page "catalog_find" has been modified.
- Ensure to activate the "Debug - All" functionality before the search and check if articles have been found with scoring in the logs, this will ensure that the search has found relevant articles, here is an example:
- If no article have been found, perform simple search directly on the table using the filter to ensure the table where the search is performed has been correctly indexed (In this case the table sc_cat_item).
- Check the UI Page "catalog_find" against the out of the box one and ensure the record matches.
