KB Summary by Now Assist

Issue

Symptoms

When we open the configuration item form, we see the CI relationships under the Related Items' CI relationships formatter section. Here many times we may be required to change the default levels.

Release

All releases.

Environment

All.

Resolution

We can use the User Preferences to set this globally/for individual users.

  • Goto sys_user_preference list and look for the name "ecmdb.levels".
  • If you find any check if the User is EMPTY or some specific user.
  • If the user is empty means it's applied for all users. So if you would like to make this default level for all users keep the user as EMPTY and update the value as you need.
  • If the "ecmdb.levels" cant be found then add a new one with your required value.
