Create a menu item in Service Portal to add links, pages, or conditions to a header menu so users can quickly access the right content.

Resolution
1. Go to Service Portal > Menus in the Application Navigator.
2. Open the header menu record you want to use.
3. In the Menu Items related list, select New.
4. Configure the record:
- Label: Enter the name to display in the header menu.
- Parent Menu: Confirm this is the header menu you opened in step 2.
- Type: Select the option you want to configure. The form updates with fields based on your selection.
- Page: Select the page you want to use. (This option displays only if you selected Page as the type.)
- Condition: Enter a condition if needed.
5. Select Save or Submit.
