Service Portal - duplicate sp_log "search" entries for each table for a single search
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the Service Portal landing page
2. Search for "Apple iPad 3" and hit enter
3. Navigate to log entries
Notice multiple entries for tables Catalog Item [sc_cat_item], Knowledge [kb_knowledge], Social Q&A Question [kb_social_qa_question] for type "search". These are separate from the "typeahead" entries
