The search bar in the AnalyticsHub is not accessible. When searching multiple times, many pills are generated to show all the search parameters. Using the keyboard it is very difficult to remove the pills and it is hard to understand what the pills are and how to interact with them using the screen reader. Apart from that, when searching, the page reloads and if using screen reader, the user does not know if viewing search results.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Accessibility on - Keyboard only operation
Test Browser Tool Combination: Safari +voiceover
1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Analytics Hub.
2. Open Analytics Hub Indicators page.
3. Search for an indicator in the indicator search combo box.
Verify that search results are announced by screenreader.
Verify that search text is announced by screenreader.
Verify that the delete button to delete text is keyboard accessible.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
