Description

All question answers are checked for Multiple Selection and Likert Scale type fields when users has these type of fields in survey and print the survey in IE11 browser.

Steps to Reproduce

- Navigate Project Administration --> Assessment Metric Categories
- Filter list by Type=Customer Satisfaction Survey and open the filtered record
- Click New on the Assessment Metrics Tab and add the following fields:

1. Name: Selection
Question: Selection
Data Type: Multiple Selection
Save the form and in the same form section add two Assessment Metric Definition as below:
Display:Answer1
Value: 1

Display:Answer2
Value: 2

2. Name: Scale
Question: Scale
Data Type: Likert Scale
Save the form and in the same form section add two Assessment Metric Definition as below:
Display:Answer3
Value: 3

Display:Answer4
Value: 4
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Impersonate ITIL user and navigate Self-Service --> Take Survey
- Fill the survey and Submit it.
- Impersonate Admin user and Navigate Survey --> Survey Instance --> All
- Open the last one created by ITIL user and click on the "View User's Response" related link
- Right click on the User's Response page and click on the Print...

Actual Behavior: All question answers are checked for Multiple Selection and Likert Scale type fields
Expected Behavior: Just selected answers should be checked on the survey
