If you open a child record or related record from a parent record in agent workspace, live updates does not work

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In UI view, configure the incident form to include the "Parent Incident" and "Parent Incident State" field
    2. In one session (session 1), open an incident record in agent workspace then create a record under the Child Incidents related list
    3. In another session (session 2), open the child incident record created in step 2
    4. Update the State field of the child incident record then save it
    5. Now go back to "session 1" and noticed the State field from the child record did not update even though the activity stream shows an entry of the value of the State field got changed
