When trying to open an attachment, and if the attachment URL is very long, the sysparm_tiny parameter is added to the target URL and the attachment fails to open, showing a blank page.


Steps to Reproduce


1. Login as administrator.
2. Open the Attachments table (sys_attachment.list) and copy any attachment sys_ID (i.e.: 1894eef4ef331000914304167b2256c2 ).
3. Navigate to the selected attachment using the retrieved sys_ID as sysparm_tiny (i.e.: / ).
Observe a blank target page, with the attachment not being found and not prompting for download.
