Description

Display the Connect Actions only for the agents who is in the related Chat queue support group

Procedure

Add the queue name condition in the condition of the Connect Action.

For example: 

On OOB instance, the HR queue name is HR Support, for Connect Action: Create HR Case to only show up for HR queue follow steps is below:

  1. Navigate from the left panel to Connect (Collaborate)-> Queue 
  2. Copy the queue name, for example, HR Support
  3. Navigate from the left panel to Connect -> Actions
  4. Click Create HR Case
  5. Add  && conversation.queueEntry.queue.name == "HR Support" at the end of the Condition
  6. Update
