Knowledge article not displaying text in work notes as expected.

Cause


System properties 'glide.ui.security.allow_codetag' is set to false.

Resolution


The behavior seen is due to system properties 'glide.ui.security.allow_codetag' which is set to false. When knowledge articles are embedded, the code tags are used to add the information. This is why the information is not coming through when attaching the article, as this content is found within the tags. Setting this property to false will resolve the behavior seen.
