Previous version of the same article shows old/removed related list Affected CI's when performing Global Search on the Published article.

Steps to Reproduce

Note: Activate the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin (com.snc.knowledge_advanced) to enable article versioning feature - Article versioning properties

1. Open an existing KB article e.g. KB0000033
2. Configure form layout to show 'Version'
3. Click on 'Checkout' if already Published (note the version number will be updated to e.g 1.01
4. Scroll down to Related list
5. Tab - Affected Products
7. Update and Publish.
8. Do Global search for this article KB0000033 - (https://<instancename>/ article is opened, scrolled down to see:
Affected products *ANNIE-IBM, *ASSET-IBM, *BETH-IBM, *BOW-IBM

9. Click on 'Edit' to edit article (note the version number will be updated to e.g 1.02
10. Scroll down to Related list
11. Tab - Affected Products
12. Delete *ANNIE-IBM,  *BOW-IBM and keep ASSET-IBM, *BETH-IBM
13. Update and Publish.
14. Do Global search for this article KB0000033 - article is opened, scrolled down to the Affected Products, it will display duplicates:
It is displaying all values from each version, hence showing duplicates

Expected to only show *ANNIE-IBM, *BOW-IBM

NOTE: When the URL shows sys_id https://<instancename>/ - it shows only correct 2 *ANNIE-IBM, *BOW-IBM Click related list Affected Products
Issue only happens when URL has KB article number: https://<instancename>/
