Description
Workflow state from "Published" to "Outdated" is not captured in audit or activity logs on knowledge article record
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an article , move it to till published
- Use checkout to modify the article
- Now a new record would be created as working article for the same article number
- Move the latest article till published
- While the latest one moved to published ,the old record would mov to 'outdated'
Workaround
This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
