Description

The "Export as pdf" option on "Service Portal" does not apply the source related list filtering which set as part of relationship (sys_relationship).

 

Steps to Reproduce

 

1. Login as administrator in the native UI.
2. Configure the Incident form to include the related list "Incidents by the same caller".
3. Go to /sp Service Portal homepage.
4. Click on the menu option Request > View All Request.
5. Open one of the records from the list.
6. The record is loaded with page id=ticket. Change it to id=form.
7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the related list "Incidents by same caller".
8. Click on the top-left option "Export as pdf". Notice all the incident records from the instance are exported, the filter of the relationship is not taken into account.



Workaround
