Description
The Approvals page shows a blank screen in service portal pages that use the out-of-box 'Approvals' widget. This issue happens only for non-admin users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Impersonate a user with the "itil" role
- Open the service portal approvals page /sp?id=approvals
Approvals are not shown (OOB approvals widget:/sp_widget.do?sys_id=f37aa302cb70020000f8d856634c9cfc ).
Workaround
By design (since London), an additional role called 'approver_user' is required for users to access the list of approvals. The workaround is to make the "itil" role include the "approver_user" role.
