Variables are not populated on target record when item is submitted from Service portal

Cause

Custom Widget using deprecated code. Starting in Kingston the SC Catalog Item widget was improved and the code changed, causing the previous widget to stop finctioning correctly.

Resolution

Revert to Out of Box widget. Apply customization on top of the new widget if needed.
