The Hebrew character "ת" equates the "," comma character in the US keyboard. When used in a TAG, it submits the tag instead of actually adding the letter "ת".

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Switch your operating system to Hebrew keyboard, but using a US physical keyboard.
2 - Login as administrator in an instance switched to Hebrew.
3 - Open a list of incidents.
4 - Personalize the list and add the TAG column, or open an incidents and go to more Options.
5 - Fill in a tag string containing "ת". Notice when pressing the "," character in your physical keyboard, which equates to "ת" in Hebrew, the Tag value is submitted unexpectedly while typing.

The only workaround would be to copy and paste the wanted character to add as a tag, rather than typing it.
