Issue with cloning request-Bulk request - submission is not working

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to an affected instance
  2. Enable the bulk request feature by changing the properties:
    • glide.sc.use_cart_layouts= false
    • glide.sc.allow.checkout.clone = true
  3. Go to any catalog item
  4. Submit it
  5. Once the RITM is generated, try to copy this request for another user and click on Order now

Expected behavior: It should generate a RITM for the other user (this is the behavior in Jakarta)

Actual behavior: A blank page will appear


Workaround

Replace the following line in the UI Page "com.glideapp.servicecatalog_checkout_view": 

<form name="clone_form" id="clone_form" action="service_catalog.do">

with:

<form name="clone_form" id="clone_form" action="service_catalog.do" method="POST">
