If a customer wants to make use of the Agent Workspace,
after installing the plugin "com.agent_workspace", which is a free plugin,
you'll have access to the "Agent Workspace Guided Setup".
When you're performing the setup, there's a section called "Chat in Agent Workspace", which, in case you don't have "Virtual Agent" installed (which is a paid plugin), will redirect you to a page
which does not exist (sys_cs_live_agent.setup.do)
Documentation does not mention you have to have "Virtual Agent" installed for using "Agent Workspace", but the guided setup expects it.
Steps to Reproduce
1. install Agent workspace
2. make sure Virtual Agent isn't installed
3. go to Agent Workspace Guided Setup and in configure the stop "Chat in Agent Workspace"
4. verify page sys_cs_live_agent.setup does not exist since "Virtual Agent" isn't installed
