How to configure Favorites as a default page while logging into Mobile ServiceNow Classic application

Procedure

Disable Home Page Collection record for the instance and will default to Favorites.

To disable Home Page Collections record,

  1. Navigate to "System Mobile UI" -> "Home Page Collections"
  2. Set "Active" to "false" on the Default Collection record.
