A field length issue on "Preview this Record" Pop up window

 There is a Field Styles record for this field which override the Pop view display.

Remove the Field Styles for the field by the following:

1. Clicking the Field Style on the Navigation panel
2. Search the Field name=affected field and within the same table
3. remove
