How to revert back a form layout to a previous version?
For example, if the form layout of the incident form was changed and the previous version of the form layout needs to be restored.
Procedure
- Navigate to the record form of the affected table (example: incident.LIST)
- Right click the header on the form
- Configure > Form layout
- Click on "Show Versions" under Related Links
- You can right click the version of the form layout you want to revert back to
