This is caused by the setting the property "glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp" to a wrong Identity Provider sys_id (sys_id that doesn't exist).

Resolution

---

Clear the system property glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp

OR

Update the glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp's vaule to the correct sys_id of the Identity Provider.
