Vulnerability and Vulnerable Item forms throw errors in the browser console

Console error encountered when accessing vulnerability response records: GET https://<instance name>.service-now.com/sn_vul.Modal.jsdbx net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

This is due to a missing UI Script: sn_vul.modal when the instance was upgraded to London.

Import the missing UI Script sn_vul.modal from an Out of the Box London instance to the affected instance.
