How to add new Time Zone to Schedule SLA

Procedure


To add more timezones to the schedule SLA entry, please follow the steps below: 
Go to navigator > Basic Configuration UI16 
On System timezone for all users unless overridden in the user's record > Click link Configure available time zones 
Than you can add or remove sys_user.time_zone options.
